Why a platform engagement and not a SaaS subscription?
You own the platform outright. The code lives in your repository, runs in your cloud, and there is no per-screen fee. Operators typically fund the entire build from sponsor revenue within a few years, then keep 100% of the upside forever.
What determines the shape of an engagement?
Network size, number of venues in scope, count of named integrations (CMS, DSP, CRM, warehouse), and whether the engagement includes the Ad Studio and a custom-branded mobile app. The four-week Discovery sprint ends with a fixed quote. No time-and-materials creep.
What's included in the fixed quote?
Everything needed to run the network end to end: player, admin panel, mobile app, targeting engine, agent runtime, named integrations, documented handover, and a 30-day post-launch care window. Anything not in the quote is not in the quote.
Do you offer a support retainer after handover?
Optional. A scale-and-care retainer covers agent tuning, connector maintenance, and quarterly platform upgrades. Operators who bring the platform in-house drop the retainer entirely; both paths work.
